Lexof O Plus Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of diarrhea and dysentery. It relieves the symptoms of diarrhea such as stomach pain, cramps, and loose stools. It also kills diarrhea-causing microorganisms and promotes the growth of good bacteria.

Lexof O Plus Tablet is taken with food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your dizziness. Lifestyle modifications like having fiber rich diet, increase fluid intake and regular exercise can help you to get better results.

Lexof O Plus Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Lactobacillus, Ofloxacin, Ornidazole and Saccharomyces boulardii. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces boulardii are live microorganisms which restore the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.
