Iron Sucrose(50mg)

Uses

Leferon 50mg injection is used to treat iron deficiency anemia (lower number of red blood cells due to very little iron) in patients with chronic kidney diseases.

How it works

Leferon 50mg injection belongs to a class of medications called iron replacement products. It works by restoring iron stores in the body thereby helping make more red blood cells.

Common side effects

Vomiting, Nausea, Gastrointestinal discomfort, Diarrhoea, Abdominal pain, Cough, Dizziness, Bitter taste, Edema, Fever, Flushing, Headache, Decreased blood pressure, Muscle pain

  • Do not take if suffering with with high iron level in the blood.
