How Isac Capsule works

Isac 20 mg Capsule works by slowing the production of certain natural substances that can cause acne.

Isac Capsule related warnings

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Isac 20 mg Capsule. Taking isotretinoin with alcohol may have unpleasant side effects such as fast heartbeats, warmth or redness under your skin, tingly feeling, nausea, and vomiting.
Isac 20 mg Capsule is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Human and animal studies have shown significant adverse effects on the foetus. Please consult your doctor.
Isac 20 mg Capsule is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Your night vision may get worse during your treatment. This can happen suddenly. Drowsiness and dizziness have been reported very rarely. This may affect your driving ability.
Isac 20 mg Capsule is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Isac 20 mg Capsule may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
If you experience excessive tiredness, puffy eyes and difficulty in urination while taking this medicine, inform your doctor and stop the therapy.
Isac 20 mg Capsule is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

What if you miss a dose of Isac Capsule?

If you miss a dose of Isac 20 mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

this capsule is very good for acne but never self medicate as this is a Medicine for special type of acne patients this should be taken under A Dermatologist's supervision only there are various restrictions and advices to keep in mind before taking the capsule. hence a dermatologist consultation face to face is necessary

Isac is very effective in the treatment of severe acne. Usually, Isac prevents acne from returning over a long period of time. However, in few cases, the acne returns after stopping the use of Isac.

Your doctor will decide whether you can continue taking or stop taking Isac before cosmetic procedures. Please ensure that your doctor knows about all the medicines you are taking before any cosmetic procedure.
