How to use Glycifit G Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Glycifit G 2 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Glycifit G 2 Tablet may cause stomach upset if taken empty stomach.

How Glycifit G 2 Tablet works

Glycifit G 2 Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Glimepiride and metformin. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea which works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower the blood glucose. Metformin is a biguanide which decreases the production and absorption of sugar in your body and allows better use of existing insulin. Together, they provide better control of blood sugar.
