Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Avoid Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet with dairy products such as milk, cheese, curd, butter, paneer and ice cream.
Gastrogyl Plus 250 mg/600 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ciprofloxacin, tinidazole and dicyclomine which treat diarrhoea. Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Tinidazole is also an antibiotic which kills other infectious microorganisms in addition to bacteria by damaging their DNA. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.
