Product introduction
Your doctor will tell you how often to use this inhaler and prescribe the lowest dose needed to keep your asthma under control. This medicine must be used regularly, even when you do not have symptoms, as it helps prevent breathing problems and reduces the risk of asthma flare-ups. The full benefit may take a few weeks of regular use. This inhaler is not intended to relieve sudden asthma symptoms, always keep a fast-acting reliever inhaler available for immediate relief. Correct inhaler technique is important to ensure the medicine reaches the lungs and works effectively.
Common side effects include headache, throat irritation, hoarseness of voice, cough, and oral fungal infection. These effects are usually mild, and rinsing your mouth or brushing your teeth after each use can help reduce throat irritation and the risk of infection. Contact your doctor if symptoms persist, worsen, or if your asthma becomes harder to control. Avoid stopping this medicine suddenly unless advised by your doctor.
Before using this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any other medical conditions and medicines you are taking so your treatment can be adjusted if necessary. Regular medical review is important to ensure that you are receiving the lowest effective dose for long-term asthma control.
