Fludacel 50 mg Injection is used in the treatment of blood cancer (Chronic lymphocytic leukemia).

How Fludacel Injection works

Fludacel 50 mg Injection is an anticancer medication. It works by interfering with the growth of genetic material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells in blood. This slows the growth of cancer cells and eventually kills them.

Pregnancy
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
Fludacel 50 mg Injection is unsafe to use during pregnancy.
There is positive evidence of human fetal risk, but the benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk, for example in life-threatening situations. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
UNSAFE
Fludacel 50 mg Injection is unsafe to use during lactation. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Some people get tired, feel weak, have disturbed vision, become confused, or agitated or have seizures while they are treated with Fludacel 50 mg Injection and this may affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
CAUTION
Fludacel 50 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fludacel 50 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Fludacel 50 mg Injection is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
