  • Avoid using antacids 30 minutes before or after taking this medicine, as they can make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.
  • Never give this medicine to someone who appears to have a similar illness. It should be taken only if prescribed by a doctor.
  • Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication, as it may increase the risk of sleepiness.
  • Stop taking Fexofen 180mg Tablet at least 3 days before undergoing an allergy test, as it can affect the test results.
  • If you notice a rapid heartbeat, irregular pulse, or a sensation of palpitations, stop taking the medication and contact your doctor immediately. These symptoms may indicate a cardiovascular side effect that requires medical attention.
