Take Exofen 180mg Tablet as prescribed, preferably with a meal. The dose you receive may depend on the severity of your condition and how you respond to the medication. Keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.

The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

• If you notice a rapid heartbeat, irregular pulse, or a sensation of palpitations, stop taking the medication and contact your doctor immediately. These symptoms may indicate a cardiovascular side effect that requires medical attention.
