I am facing eye problems from last 6 months. I also wear spectacles. Mostly it is dry eyes and white eye discharge. I cannot sit in front of computers or TV for more than 1 hour. I start feeling headache and severe eye pain. I visited many eye doctors and they say its dry eye only. my sight is good and specs is also as per the vision and no other issue was reported. One doctor also suggested taking vitamin tablets -omega 3 and anti allergic medicine also. But still its the same issue. Please advise on this !!
Dr. Anjali Israni
Eye Specialist
For dry eyes u need to use lubricant eye drops. Excessive computer usage will cause dry eye. So as long as u don't use lubricating drops problem will persist.
