Bunide 3mg Capsule CR may be taken with or without food. Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take them. Take it regularly and at the same time each day for maximum benefits. Hi, I was diagnosed for Ulcerative Colitis in 2009. I was administered with Mesacol , I was back to normal.
