How to use Avva Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take Avva 250mg Tablet with food.

How Avva Tablet works

Avva 250mg tablet reduces the formation of aqueous humor (fluid in the eye), which in turn lowers high pressure in the eye.

Expert advice for Avva Tablet

• Tell your doctor if you have adrenal gland problems, low blood levels of potassium or sodium, kidney problems, liver problems, high blood levels of chloride, or other electrolyte problems.
• Seek immediate medical attention if you develop severe allergic reaction (eg. severe rash, breathing difficulties, or dizziness). • Do not drive or operate machinery while taking acetazolamide as it may cause dizziness. • Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. • Patients allergic to acetazolamide or any of its ingredients should not take Acetazolamide. • Patients with cirrhosis, severe liver or kidney disease, an electrolyte imbalance, adrenal gland failure should not take Acetazolamide.
