hello doctor, Greetings for the day. I am suffering from persistent cough from 20 days, when it started I felt body pain but now nothing like that except the cough. Tests done on 16 may ESR was 3 mm/Hr. HB was 10 gm/dl. X rays report is attached. There is no weight loss. And no loss of appetite. And no night sweat. I am taking Amoxycillin 500 mg + clavulnic acid125mg BD Azithromycin 500 mg OD Fexofenadine 120 mg + montelucast 10 mg HS Methylprednisolone 4 mg TDS Deriphyllin 150 mg TDS Lactic acid bacilus 120 million spores OD And sup dextromethorphan + com TDS. Also gargles of chlorhexadine gluconte . But not having significant relief. Please consult me the medication.
