Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet should be taken before meals with a sufficient amount of liquid. Taking it with food is not recommended as food can reduce the effectiveness of the medicine. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it.

Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) used orally to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, and other musculoskeletal or joint disorders. It may also be prescribed for acute lumbar pain and postoperative pain.

Individuals should not use Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet if they are allergic to Lornoxicam, aspirin, other NSAIDs, or any ingredient present in Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet. Before starting Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet, you should inform your doctor if you have a history of asthma, allergies, heart failure, high blood pressure, liver/kidney disease, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, lupus erythematosus, or blood coagulation disorders. Avoid alcohol, and monitor for any stomach or intestinal symptoms.

Serious side effects of Lorsaid SD 8 Tablet include signs of stomach or intestinal bleeding (black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain), allergic reactions (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing), kidney or liver problems (yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine, severe fatigue), or sudden mood changes.
