-An average sized coffee cup (200ml) has about 100mg of caffeine.
-3-4 cups in a day is what is moderate consumption and may not cause any harm.
-For hardcore coffee lovers, decaffeinated coffee may be the answer which has just 2 to 4 mg of caffeine content.
-A 200ml black tea cup usually has between 25-30mg of caffeine content and thus, 4-5 cups of tea is harmless.
-Green tea has the least caffeine and 3-5 cups is rather good for your health.
