Living With PCOS: 5 Effective Tips To Manage It Better!

-PCOS has been found to put the patients at an increased risk of several other lifestyle disorders such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes and obesity.

-Monitor your sugar and cholesterol levels regularly. In case symptoms appear, start with the prescribed medication and try and get them under control.
