6 Daily Habits For You To Prevent Skin Aging!

While we all talk about ageing gracefully and age being ‘just a number’, the fine lines and the wrinkles on the skin can often be perturbing. 4 . Exercise Regularly

Other than keeping you physically more active, exercise empowers your body from within. It induces ejection of toxins through sweat, improves blood circulation throughout the body thereby keeping the skin soft and supple.

5 . Keep Yourself Hydrated 

Water helps in flushing out the harmful toxins accumulated in your body throughout the day’s activity. It also keeps provides the body the desired ions and minerals that helps to keep you hydrated. This in turns imparts a glow on your skin making it look youthful.

6 . Quit Smoking

Smoking involves squinting the facial muscles un-naturally leading to formation of wrinkles and fine lines, prematurely. In addition it destroys your immunity making you vulnerable to acne or pimple attacks. So if you want to look young, make sure you quit it right away.
