It utilizes the Ventana SP263 assay for assessing PD-L1 expression in various clinical settings. The test is commonly used to determine eligibility for immunotherapy treatment with pembrolizumab (Keytruda) in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and urothelial carcinoma. It helps guide treatment decisions by identifying patients who are likely to benefit from PDL1-targeted immunotherapy.
