PulmoCORE 20 gene Panel

Pulmo CORE 20 gene panel is a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) based assay that identifies clinically relevant genomic alterations within the 20 genes that are most frequently altered in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). This includes all the relevant genes that have been recommended for lung cancer testing in the NCCN guidelines:-EGFR, ALK, ROS1, RET, MET, BRAF, HRAS, KRAS, NRAS, ERBB2, FGFR2, FGFR3, PGDFRA, PIK3CA, KIT, MAP2K1, MAP2K2, MTOR, MYC, NTRK1, NTRK2, NTRK3.
