Vetocold Tablet is a combination of five medicines : Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine, that helps treat common cold symptoms. एसेक्लोफेनाक एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग (एनएसएआईडी) है. यह कुछ विशेष केमिकल मैसेंजर के स्राव को रोकती है जिनके कारण दर्द व इन्फ्लेमेशन (लाल होना और सूजन) होता है. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). यह मस्तिष्क से उन केमिकल मैसेंजर को निकलने से रोकती है जिनकी वजह से दर्द या बुखार होता है.
