Tescal-AD Tablet is best taken on an empty stomach. How Tescal-AD Tablet works

Tescal-AD Tablet is a combination of two medicines, alendronic acid and vitamin D3. Alendronic acid slows the breakdown of the bone by inhibiting osteoclasts, helping to maintain bone density and reduce fracture risk in osteoporosis. Vitamin D3 enhances calcium absorption and supports bone strength by regulating calcium and phosphate levels, promoting healthy bone formation. Together, they work to improve bone health and manage osteoporosis.
