Diclolex TH 2mg/37.5mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Thiocolchicoside and Diclofenac, which relieves muscle pain. थियोकोल्कोकोसाइड गैर विध्रुवीकारी तंत्रिका मांसपेशी अवरोधी घटक नामक दवाओं की श्रेणी से सम्बन्ध रखता है. यह मांसपेशियों की अकड़न या स्पाज्म से राहत पाने और मांसपेशियों के मूवमेंट में सुधार के लिए मस्तिष्क और स्पाइनल कॉर्ड के केंद्रों पर काम करता है. डिक्लोफेनक एक नॉन-स्टेरॉयडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी ड्रग (एनएसएआईडी) है जो मस्तिष्क में उन केमिकल मैसेंजर को निकलने से रोकता है जिनकी वजह से दर्द और इन्फ्लेमेशन (लालिमा और सूजन) की समस्या होती है.
