Debistal 500 SR Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication (biguanide). यह लिवर में ग्लूकोज उत्पादन को कम करके, आंतों से शुगर (ग्लूकोज) अवशोषण में देरी करके और इंसुलिन के लिए शरीर की संवेदनशीलता को बढ़ाकर काम करता है.
