यह दवाई केवल बाहरी इस्तेमाल के लिए है. इसे डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई खुराक और अवधि के अनुसार लें. इस्तेमाल करने के पहले लेवल की जांच कर लें. प्रभावित हिस्से को साफ़ करें और सूखने के बाद वहां क्रीम लगाएं. इसे लगाने के बाद अपने हाथों को धो लें, अगर प्रभावित हिस्सा हाथ पर ही हो तो हाथ ना धोएं.
बर्नहील क्रीम किस प्रकार काम करता है
बर्नहील क्रीम दो एंटीसेप्टिक दवाओं क्लोरहेक्सीडाइन ग्लूकोनेट और सिल्वर नाइट्रेट से मिलकर बना है. क्लोरहेक्सीडाइन ग्लूकोनेट त्वचा पर असर करता है और संक्रामक माइक्रोऑर्गेनिज्म को खत्म करता है. इसलिए, यह घाव और जलना की संक्रमण से रोकथाम करने के लिए इन्हें असरदार ढ़ंग से साफ करता है. सिल्वर नाइट्रेट बैक्टीरिया को फोलिक एसिड बनाने से रोकता है, जो बैक्टीरियल गुणन के लिए एक आवश्यक पोषक तत्व होता है. यह बैक्टीरिया को मारता है और जलना के कारण होने वाले त्वचा संक्रमण का इलाज करता है.
