Aldactone F Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of congestive heart failure, nephrotic syndrome, ascites associated with liver cirrhosis, and mild and moderate degrees of essential hypertension. It works by reducing the excess fluid levels in the body while maintaining the potassium balance.
