Zobara Tablet should be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor as it has high habit-forming potential. However, take it as advised by your doctor because it is not recommended for long-term use. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any liver or kidney problems before taking this medicine. You should avoid smoking and alcohol while using this medicine. Regular monitoring of blood sugar levels is required while taking this medicine.

Some common side effects of this medicine include confusion, tiredness, and memory impairment. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness. So, do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. It may cause weight gain or weight loss depending upon person to person. To prevent weight gain, you can eat a healthy balanced diet, avoid snacking with high-calorie food, and exercise regularly. However, weight loss can be managed by consulting a dietitian who can help you in increasing your food portions.
