It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Xolybex 0.5mg tablet at a fixed time.
Xolybex 0.5mg tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Xolybex 0.5mg tablet works by blocking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that affects thoughts and mood.
