You shouldn't plan pregnancy while you are on psychotropics, they can harm the foetus, especially during the first three months of conception. Pregnancy can also increase the risk to increasing depression. A reasonable solution is to get adequate treatment and go for psychotherapy, after you have recovered from depression, gradually withdraw medicines and continue therapy before planning conception. For further guidance, visit your psychiatrist.
