Product introduction
Take Vegefer Syrup in the exact dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food. In addition to taking this medicine, include iron-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified cereals in your diet. Avoid tea, coffee, and calcium-rich foods around the time of taking the medicine, as they may reduce iron absorption.
Some people may experience side effects like nausea, stomach discomfort, constipation, or a darkening of stools. These are generally mild and temporary. Drinking plenty of water, eating fiber-rich foods, and taking the syrup with food may help ease stomach issues. If side effects persist or become bothersome, talk to your doctor.
Before starting Vegefer Syrup, inform your doctor if you have any medical conditions such as liver problems, a history of iron overload, or any gastrointestinal disorders. This syrup should be used with caution in children and only under medical supervision. Do not take other iron supplements or multivitamins containing iron unless recommended by your doctor.
