Product introduction
Take Valentas D 50 Tablet regularly at the same time each day as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop or change the dose without medical advice, even if you feel better. Monitor your weight and symptoms such as swelling or breathlessness regularly and report any sudden changes to your doctor. Follow a low-salt diet, limit fluid intake if advised, and keep regular follow-up visits to monitor kidney function, blood pressure, and overall heart status.
Some individuals may experience side effects such as hypoglycemia, urinary tract infections, increased urination (polyuria), and discomfort or pain during urination (dysuria). Other possible effects include dizziness, rash, back pain, and genital itching, such as vulvovaginal pruritus. If any symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to any of its components or if you have a history of angioedema related to similar medicines. Inform your doctor if you have diabetes, are taking diuretics, or are at risk of electrolyte imbalance. Seek medical attention if you experience severe dizziness, fainting, reduced urine output, or swelling of the face, lips, or throat.

Quick tips
- Monitor your body weight daily at the same time. A sudden increase (for example, more than 1–2 kg over a few days) may indicate fluid retention and should be reported to your doctor promptly.
- Check your blood pressure regularly, especially during the initial weeks of treatment or after dose adjustments. If you experience persistent dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting, seek medical advice.
- Maintain a low-salt diet, as excess sodium can worsen fluid retention and reduce the effectiveness of heart failure treatment. Avoid processed and packaged foods that are high in hidden salt.
- Inform your doctor immediately if you develop symptoms of dehydration (persistent vomiting, diarrhea, excessive sweating), as a temporary dose adjustment or interruption may be required.
