How to use Tydol Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tydol 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Tydol Tablet works

Tydol 50 Tablet decreases the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.

Tydol 50 Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Tydol 50 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Tydol 50 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
If you feel drowsy, dizzy, have blurred vision or a slow reaction time while taking Tydol 50 Tablet, then do not drive.
Tydol 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Tydol 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Tydol 50 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Tydol 50 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Tydol 50 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

What if you miss a dose of Tydol Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Tydol 50 Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.

Q. What if I forget to take my dose?
Take Tydol as soon you as remember it. However, do not take it if it's almost time for your next dose. Also, do not take an extra dose to make up for your missed dose.
Q. Can I stop taking Tydol if I feel better?
No, do not stop taking Tydol and complete the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Your doctor will probably decrease your dose gradually.
