Turbo 30 mg/10 mg/5 mg Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Pseudoephedrine, dextromethorphan and cetirizine which relieve cough and cold symptoms. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
Turbo 30 mg/10 mg/5 mg Syrup may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Turbo 30 mg/10 mg/5 mg Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Larger doses or prolonged use of Turbo 30 mg/10 mg/5 mg Syrup may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
