Side Effects of Traxylate ET are Nausea, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Headache, Nasal congestion, Sinus pain, Sinus inflammation, Rash, Tiredness, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Anemia (low number of red blood cells).

How to use Traxylate ET Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Traxylate ET 250mg/250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset.

How Traxylate ET Tablet works

Traxylate ET 250mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Tranexamic Acid and Ethamsylate. Tranexamic Acid is an antifibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots and controls excessive bleeding. Ethamsylate is a haemostatic. It works by increasing the ability of platelets to stick together and form blood clots. It also helps control bleeding from tiny blood vessels (capillaries).

Yes mirena is a good option. It will have the added advantage of decreased blood flow during periods ( in case you have heavy flow). The side effects of mirena could be irregular bleeding or spotting or no periods at all after 6-12 months of insertion. Other option is multiload. You can go for that also.

Trapic is a good medicine to stop the bleeding. However it will not cure the problem. I suggest you get an ultrasound scan done and check for the problem.
I took an iPill within 4-5 hours of the unprotected sex. Exactly the thing is he ejaculated in the condom itself. But after that after a while we had an unprotected sex. So I feared that a bit of semen must have got inside thats why took an iPill as early as possible. This happened on the 4th day after my periods ended. And after a week of taking the iPill I started bleeding like normal periods. I'm a bit worried if I'm pregnant. Please helpI did a pregnancy test too which came out be a negative result. Hi PATIENT bleeding is a an expected side effect of taking I pill. Such pills such not be used casually and frequently as it can cause severe hormonal disturbances and change your periods. If take recurrently it may effect your future fertility as well. So be very careful while taking them and seem medical help before you take them.
