General Information

Product introduction
It is important to take Toco-T4 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Consistent use helps maintain adequate vitamin E levels in the body, supporting heart, brain, and cellular health. Do not skip or stop the dose abruptly, as irregular intake may reduce its effectiveness. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as possible, but skip it if it is almost time for the next dose.
There is limited data on the side effects of Toco-T4 Tablet. Let your doctor know if you experience any symptoms that bother you or worsen while taking the medicine. They may be able to suggest ways to treat or manage the side effects.
Toco-T4 Tablet should not be used in individuals with known hypersensitivity to it or any of its components. Caution is advised in patients with vitamin K deficiency or those taking anticoagulants, as it may increase the risk of bleeding. It should be used carefully in patients predisposed to thrombosis, especially women on estrogen-containing oral contraceptives. In cholestatic patients receiving colestyramine, serum levels should be monitored, and dose adjustment may be required. High doses may delay response to iron therapy in children with iron-deficiency anemia. Hence, iron levels should be closely monitored.
