Medicine Overview of Telma NB Tablet
Headache, Dizziness, Weakness, Cold extremities, Numbness of extremity, Increased potassium level in blood, Slow heart rate, Decreased blood pressure.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nebivolol and Telmisartan. Nebivolol is a beta blocker that works specifically on the heart to slow down the heart rate. Telmisartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) which works by blocking the hormone angiotensin thereby relaxing blood vessels. Together, they allow the blood to flow more smoothly and the heart to pump more efficiently.

Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Telma NB 5mg/40mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
