How to use Tedral Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tedral 24mg/130mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take this medicine 1 hour before or 2 hours after food. You can take it with food if stomach upset occurs.

How Tedral Tablet works
Tedral 24mg/130mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ephedrine and theophylline. Ephedrine is a sympathomimetic agonist which works on the blood vessels and increases the blood flow to heart and lungs. Theophylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Together, they make breathing easier.
