Nausea, Vomiting, Dryness in mouth, Constipation, Dizziness, Sleepiness, Headache, Abnormal dreams, Anxiety, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Abnormality of voluntary movements, Orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Syndopa CR 125 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Avoid Syndopa CR 125 Tablet with high protein meals such as cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, protein powder, eggs and milk.
Syndopa CR 125 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levodopa and Carbidopa which treat Parkinsonism. Levodopa is a dopamine precursor which gets converted to dopamine, a chemical messenger that controls movement in the brain. Carbidopa is a peripheral decarboxylase inhibitor which prevents breakdown of levodopa allowing it to enter the brain and increase dopamine levels.

Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Partial to complete suppression of lactation was seen in mothers on the treatment with Syndopa CR 125 Tablet, but when the treatment was stopped, lactation returned to normal levels.
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
As Syndopa CR 125 Tablet may cause dizziness, drowsiness, double vision, which may affect your ability to react which may affect your ability to drive.
Syndopa CR 125 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Syndopa CR 125 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
