Hello, greetings from 1mg.comI have checked your reportsYou have severe nutritional deficiencies Kindly take iron rich foods Almost all non-veg items are rich source of iron like poultry, meat etc, milk is a poor source of iron also it stops the absorption of iron so don't take milk with iron containing food or supplement, maintain a gap of 4 hours at least take citrus fruits like lemon and amla along with iron rich foods in veg, main sources are green leafy vegetables like cooked spinach, peas, strawberries, raisins dried peaches & tomatoes apricots, oats, pinto beans, soya beans etcTab Hbset with meals twice daily for 3 month. If you develop stomach pain then you might need iron sucrose injections, consult nearby physician for that. Fatigue and tiredness can be due to increased muscle tension which is often a consequence of chronic stress. Regular physical exercise and doing something to de stress on a regular basis can gelp. Also you may need to be tested for any nutritional deficiencies like iron, vit B12 and Vit D3, which need to be supplemented.

yeah heavy alcohol intake can reduce your blood sugar level. but alcohol has a few benefits when it is taken in moderate amount. At the same time it is very bad for your health. It can cause cirrhosis of your liver, it can cause neuropathy or brain damage, hypoglycaemia, gastritis and nutritional deficiencies. So it is better to avoid alcohol if you don't have sufficient mediclaim. consult your diabetologist for the titration of your diabetic medications. control your diet. You may require insulin. My advise would be control your diet. stop alcohol. Do yoga. Take glimepiride 0.5 mg (Gp 0.5) after breakfast along with current medication.
