It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take Spaslin h 10mg tablet at a fixed time.
Spaslin h 10mg tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.

    Spaslin h 10mg tablet is used in the treatment of pain due to smooth muscle spasm
    It is used to relieve cramps in the muscles of stomach, intestine, bladder and ureter. It can also be used to relieve the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

    How spaslin h tablet works

    Hyoscine belongs to class of medications called antimuscarinic and antispasmodic. It acts by relaxing the smooth muscles and by inhibiting secretions in the lining of the gastro-intestinal tract.

    Dry mouth, Arrhythmia, Reduced bronchial secretions, Excessive thirst, Increased heart rate, Dry skin, Palpitations, Photophobia, Loss of accommodation, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Slow heart rate, Dilatation of pupil, Difficulty in urination, Constipation.
