Solfix-O 500 mg Injection is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering (cell wall) which is needed for them to survive.

Pregnancy
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Solfix-O 500 mg Injection is safe to use during pregnancy. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby.
Lactation
CAUTION
Solfix-O 500 mg Injection should be used with caution during breatfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.
Driving
UNSAFE
Solfix-O 500 mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Solfix-O 500 mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Solfix-O 500 mg Injection is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
Solfix-O 500 mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Solfix-O 500 mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Dose adjustment of Solfix-O 500 mg Injection is not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.

I had faced an accident before a year and due to that I dameged my left eye cornea. And after some months doctor found bacterial infection. And sinces then I am treating for it. Now problem is bacterial infections has been stuck beteween layers according to doctor. And thats its get control for while and again gets active. And due to that my scar in eyes have also been fat. My vision right now is around 50% bur not clear whitness vision due to scar in centre of eye. Docot are suggesting for cornea transplant but still waiting. I dont know why. So what should I do? Should o go for transplant.

Loteprednol is used in the treatment of inflammatory and allergic conditions of the superficial layers of the eye, such as allergic conjunctivitis (allergic itching and redness of the whites of the eye, with tearing), conjunctivitis that occurs as part of acne rosacea (persistent redness over the areas of the face and nose), superficial punctate keratitis (inflammation of cornea), iritis (Inflammation of the interior eye structures), cyclitis (inflammation of cilliary body of the eye). It is also used in the treatment of postoperative inflammation of the eye after the eye surgery.Tobramycin is used as an injection for treating bacterial infections of the skin, heart, stomach, brain, spinal cord, lungs, and urinary tract (bladder and kidneys). It is also used in the treatment of cystic fibrosis. In the form of eye-drops, it can be used to treat eye infections.
