Ropee Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data suggest dose adjustment may not be needed.

CAUTION

Ropee Injection should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Interaction with drugs

Taking Ropee with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects

Leflunomide (Oral Route)

Your doctor may monitor the effects of Leflunomide when taken concurrently with Ropivacaine. Leflunomide may reduce blood levels of Ropivacaine.

Ciprofloxacin (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Ciprofloxacin may slow down the removal of Ropivacaine from the body.

Ciprofloxacin (Injection Route)

If concurrent use is essential, your doctor may monitor your treatment and adjust the doses as per the observations. Ciprofloxacin may slow down the removal of Ropivacaine from the body.

Axitinib (Oral Route)

If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache, slow heart rate, numbness, tingling, itching or back pain and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Axitinib may raise blood levels of Ropivacaine.
