If you develop stomach pain then you might need iron sucrose injections, consult nearby physician for that. Fatigue and tiredness can be due to increased muscle tension which is often a consequence of chronic stress. Regular physical exercise and doing something to de stress on a regular basis can gelp. Also you may need to be tested for any nutritional deficiencies like iron, vit B12 and Vit D3, which need to be supplemented.
