Probiart Capsule contains three probiotics, namely Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Streptococcus thermophilus; and one prebiotic, namely fructo oligosaccharide. On the other hand, prebiotics are non-digestible nutrients that act as a food source for healthy bacteria, or probiotics, in the gut.
