Pgl-M 75 Capsule is a prescription medicine that helps relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves). It strengthens the nerves and relieves nerve pain.

Pgl-M 75 Capsule can be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time. Do not take more than the recommended dose.

Pgl-M 75 Capsule is usually safe with very minimal side effects. However, if you experience severe diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, or any signs of an allergic reaction, please consult your doctor. How Pgl-M Capsule works

Pgl-M 75 Capsule is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Benfotiamine and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients to the nerves. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

If you stop taking Pgl-M 75 Capsule suddenly, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, sleeping difficulties, nausea, pain, and sweating. You may need to gradually taper the use of Pgl-M 75 Capsule before you stop the medication completely.

Avoid driving a car, operating machinery, working at heights, or participating in potentially dangerous activities until you know how the medicine affects you. If you forget to take the scheduled dose of Pgl-M 75 Capsule and it is almost time for your next dose, skip the dose you missed and take your next dose at the scheduled time. Otherwise, take it as soon as you remember, and then go back to taking your medicine as you would normally. Do not take a double dose to make up for the dose you missed because this may increase the risk of unwanted side effects.
