How to use Pazine P Syrup

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Pazine P Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Pazine P Syrup works

Pazine P Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Promethazine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Promethazine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Pregnancy

Lactation
Pazine P Syrup is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
For prolonged use and repeated doses of Pazine P Syrup, observe the baby for excessive sleepiness.
Driving
Pazine P Syrup may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney
Pazine P Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pazine P Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them.
Liver
CAUTION
