Otiflox Ear Drop is used to treat ear infections. It works by killing microorganisms that cause infection. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause redness, swelling, and itching. It also works by blocking pain signals to the brain to decrease the pain sensation.
Otiflox Ear Drop is for external use only. Never use drops if the seal is broken before you use it for the first time. Wash your hands before using it. Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane. This treats your infection. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic.
