Osteospar Plus Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. It is advised to take this medicine at a fixed time. This medicine should not be taken more than the recommended dose.

Osteospar Plus Tablet is a nutritional supplement that helps in the formation of red blood cells and enhances the absorption of iron in the body. This improves the level of hemoglobin and thus reduces the risk of anemia. Osteospar Plus Tablet improves the level of vitamin D in your blood which in turn helps in absorption of more calcium from your intestine. This helps in the growth and development of bones as well as reduces the risk of bone disorders. Osteospar Plus Tablet contains various vitamins that help in proper functioning of the brain and the nervous system.

How Osteospar Tablet works

Osteospar Plus Tablet is a combination of five nutritional supplements. Calcium increases calcium deposition in the bones, which increases the density of the bones and makes them stronger. Calcitriol is a synthetic vitamin D that regulates the absorption of calcium in the body and strengthens the bones. Methylcobalamin is an active form of vitamin B12. This helps in proper cell growth and development, protein synthesis, and the production of blood cells (red and white blood cells). Folic Acid is also known as folate or vitamin B9. It helps in producing blood (hemoglobin) in the body. Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) is a vitamin nutritional supplement that regulates essential metabolic functions. Together, they help in managing nutritional deficiencies.

You can take Osteospar Plus Tablet any time of the day, preferably after a meal, to enhance its absorption and reduce the chance of stomach upset. For optimal results, take the Osteospar Plus Tablet regularly at the same time each day.
Osteospar Plus Tablet has minimal side effects.
