Who should not take Nurestat-Plus Tablet SR?
Individuals should not take Nurestat-Plus Tablet SR if they are allergic to vitamin B12 or any ingredient in the medicine, have a rare inherited eye condition called Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (which causes vision loss), or toxic optic neuropathy related to tobacco use. Also, do not use it if you have diabetic ketoacidosis (a serious diabetes complication).
Can Nurestat-Plus Tablet SR cause serious side effects?
Although they are rare, serious side effects of Nurestat-Plus Tablet SR include skin rash, itching, nausea, stomach pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, severe confusion, extreme tiredness, or allergic reactions (swelling, trouble breathing).
