Nefo-T Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provide relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.

Nefo-T Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Some of the common side effects on of this medicine includes nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, loss of appetite, and diarrhea. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, and liver. Nefo-T Tablet is a combination medicine that contains a painkiller as well as a muscle relaxant. It is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling in conditions that affect muscles. Also, it effectively relieves muscle stiffness or spasm, thereby improving muscle movement. It works by blocking chemical messengers in the brain that tell us we have pain.

Take it as it is prescribed to get the most benefit. Do not take more or for longer than needed as that can be dangerous. How Nefo-T Tablet works

Nefo-T Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Thiocolchicoside, which relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

It should also be avoided in patients with history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

Yes, Nefo-T Tablet can be taken with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Nefo-T Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.

Q. Can the use of Nefo-T Tablet cause damage to kidneys?

Yes, the long-term use of Nefo-T Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Use of painkillers lower the levels of prostaglandins in the body which leads to kidney damage on long-term use. Use of painkillers is not recommended in patients with underlying kidney disease.

No, taking more of this medicine will not make it more effective, rather it can lead to increased side effects. If the symptoms are getting severe, please consult the doctor for re-evaluation.
