- Take Napsea Tablet exactly as prescribed. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
- Avoid alcohol while taking Napsea Tablet, as it may increase dizziness and the risk of stomach bleeding.
- Napsea Tablet may cause dizziness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how it affects you.
- Do not take Napsea Tablet with other NSAID painkillers unless advised by your doctor.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, acid reflux, heart disease, kidney disease, asthma, or high blood pressure.
- Stop taking Napsea Tablet and seek urgent medical help if you have black stools, vomit blood, severe stomach pain, chest pain, or swelling of the face or lips.
- Seek medical advice if you experience palpitations, fainting, or severe dizziness, as domperidone may affect heart rhythm in some people.
- Stay well hydrated and eat light meals if you experience nausea.
